Fees are due at the start of each half term with enrolled members receiving invoices via email (plus a hard copy for their records).

How to Pay

Online Payment - All emails have a PAY NOW button for online payment. Use this method and you will automatically be sent a receipt when fees are received.

BACS - You can pay via bank transfer.

Cash - Please ensure all cash payments are in a clearly labelled envelope.

Terms & Conditions

Fees are due on the first day of each half term with a 7 day payment period. Payment schedules for the full academic year can be found on our website calendar.
Late fees will incur an additional £5.00 fee for each week the outstanding balance goes unpaid. 
Any members with outstanding fees will not be permitted to take part in classes until the balance is paid.
Members must give a full half term's notice by email before withdrawing from any class. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in fees still being charged.

Additional charges for exams, shows, uniform etc... will automatically be added to invoices. Any members who are unable to attend/take part in shows must give notice of this in advance by email.

Invoices for holiday camps will be issued separately.
HDDC reserve the right to cancel classes at any given time. Any classes cancelled by HDDC will be reimbursed on the subsequent invoice run.
