Terms & Conditions

Fees are due on the first day of each half term with a 7 day payment period. Payment schedules for the full academic year can be found on our website calendar.
Late fees will incur an additional £5.00 fee for each week the outstanding balance goes unpaid. 
Any members with outstanding fees will not be permitted to take part in classes until the balance is paid.
Members must give a half-terms notice by email before withdrawing from any class. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in fees still being charged.

Additional charges for exams, shows, uniform etc... will automatically be added to invoices. Any members who are unable to attend/take part in shows must give notice of this in advance by email.

Invoices for holiday camps will be issued separately.
HDDC reserve the right to cancel classes at any given time. Any classes cancelled by HDDC will be reimbursed on the subsequent invoice run.

HDDC are committed to protecting your privacy and security. This Privacy Statement applies to the use and processing of personal information collected and used by HDDC, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

The privacy of your personal information is very important to HDDC. We do not and will not sell, rent or trade your personal information with any third party. We will also take special care to protect the privacy and security of your information by making sure the only people that have access to it are employees of HDDC.
This policy explains our information practices and the way that HDDC collects and uses your information. This Privacy Policy covers the information you provide to us both offline and via our website (online enrolment form & email contact form).

 

HOW DOES HDDC COLLECT AND USE MY INFORMATION?
When you enrol yourself/your child for classes at HDDC, you will be required to submit contact information such as parent or guardian names, addresses, phone numbers, emergency contacts, e-mail address and student information such as student names, birthdays, medical conditions, and any further notes from you via our online enrolment form on our website. This form is a Membermeister form and has extremely high security measures attached.  We need this information to identify yourself and/or your child. We will contact you regarding; your child and their classes, invoicing & receipts and HDDC news & events.

Some of the information on the form is optional (The form will let you continue without this) Optional information is requested to help us better understand our customers and is used only as needed by HDDC. This information will not be used or sold for any other purposes, except as described below.

 

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION?
HDDC’S Principal/Owner and Membermeister have access to your personal information only to manage the school’s business. HDDC teachers have children’s names, date of births, emergency contact telephone number and any medical information you submit printed on their registers. We need this in the case of an emergency. Teachers have been briefed on GDPR and whilst not using their registers store them in a lockable compartment to keep your information safe.

HDDC will access your personal information and/or share it with third parties only for the following purposes: (i) as needed for studio business; (ii) if required to do so by law or to comply with legal process; or (iii) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the public.

MEMBERMEISTER
We use business software Membermeister to store your data and as an ICO registered company with extremely high security measures, they too will never share/sell your data.

Membermeister limited (providing the website and service at membermeister.com and membermeister.co.uk) is committed to preserving the privacy of all visitors to the Membermeister website.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL
You are always in control, and you may request that we delete your personal data at any time by emailing us at: GDPR.

If you choose to do this, the personal information that we store will be deleted from our database, you will no longer receive communications from us and your child’s place at the school will be withdrawn.

 

Fees

Fees are due at the start of each half term with enrolled members receiving invoices via email (plus a hard copy for their records).

How to Pay

Online Payment - All emails have a PAY NOW button for online payment. Use this method and you will automatically be sent a receipt when fees are received.

BACS - You can pay via bank transfer.

Cash - Please ensure all cash payments are in a clearly labelled envelope.
